Lisa McMurray, President
Lisa McMurray served as a board member, shareholder, Vice President, and 30 year employee at a tower development and commercial real estate company, before she founded L&A Infrastructure Development Partners. She is also Vice President of Accel Fusion, a North Dakota based specialized construction company, where she manages construction, contracts and finances, since 2017. Mrs. McMurray, brings years of contract negotiations, construction management, lease compliance and development experience to the team. Mrs. McMurray has been integral in the design, proposal, public hearing appearances permitting, negotiation and maintenance of tower assets owned and operated through her years in the industry.
Ainsley Parks, Vice President
Ainsley Parks has been managing macro tower and commercial real estate assets for the past ten years. Ainsley has been responsible for the full range of operations management including wireless telecommunications sites and commercial real estate assets as well as new site development. In that role, Ainsley has managed new tenant colocation, carrier modifications and new site development along with associated permitting, zoning and leasing activity, from application to completion. Ainsley’s commercial real estate experience includes property management, leasing and compliance across multiple asset classes including multifamily, office and light industrial. She has executed on the bid and procurement of government GSA leases and tenant build to suits.
